Naduparambil Pappachen Pradeep is an Indian footballer who joined Mohun Bagan from Viva Kerala (now Chirag United Kerala) in 2011 as a midfielder. An experienced linkman, he has been a member of the national squad since 2004-05. He has won two Nehru Cups, the AFC Challenge Cup and the SAFF Cup with the national team and is looking to script another success story with McDowell Mohun Bagan.

Hailing from Kerala, Pradeep started his career with SBT and was then called to play for the U-19 national team in 2001. In 2005, Pradeep moved from SBT to Mahindra United and was a part of their squad until they disbanded. After spending the greater part of 2010 with the national team, Pradeep played for Viva Kerala (now Chirag United Kerala) during the second half of the 2010-11 season. His formidable performances did not go unnoticed and he was flooded with offers from many clubs. His desire to play football in Kolkata was fulfilled when he was approached by McDowell Mohun Bagan.

Pradeep rates the victories against Kingfisher East Bengal as the best moments of his Mohun Bagan career thus far. Scoring the only goal in the 2007 Nehru Cup final and winning it for the first time are his fondest memories with the national team.

" They have to work very hard to improve constantly. There are very few opportunities and these players should always try to make the best of the chances that come their way. "

Pradeep likes to enjoy some sleep during his free time.
