The East Zone Cricket Team has annexed the Duleep Trophy for the first time ever. The following four players of the East Zone Team have contributed greatly in this historic victory:

1. Wriddhiman Saha

2. Anustup Majumdar

3. Ashoke Dinda

4. Md. Sami


Out of these four, all except Ashoke Dinda are cricketers of Mohun Bagan Athletic Club for the present season.


In order to celebrate this momentous occasion, Mohun Bagan Athletic Club has decided to felicitate five players of the Team (the four cricketers mentioned above alongwith Sreevats Goswami) and also the Manager of the East Zone Team, Mr. Samir Dasgupta.


The felicitation would be held at the Club Ground in the Maidan at 4:30 pm on Thursday, 1st March 2012.
