Mariners to kick off season on 18th August

McDowell Mohun Bagan will play their first match of the season against Southern Samity on 18th August, which will be a Calcutta Football League Premier Division encounter. Earlier, they were supposed to kick off season on the 8th of August, but the semi final match of the All Airlines Gold Cup against George Telegraph got postponed and the revised date has not yet been finalized by the tournament committee.

IFA has declared the first 2 round matches of CFL Premier Division. After 18th, Mariners will next play against Tollygunge Agragami on the 26th of August.

Due to repair work of members gallery in club ground, McDowell Mohun Bagan will play all their matches of the CFL this year in Salt Lake Stadium. The 1st 2 round matches will kickoff at 2:45 p.m.
