Letter from Tolgay Ozbey to IFA
27-Jun, 2012
Dated: 26th June 2012
The Honorary Secretary,
The Indian Football Association (West Bengal)
11/1 Sooterkin Street,
Kolkata
Respected Sir,
Please refer to your email received at my end on 24th June 2012.
First of all I express my thanks to you for thinking positive to resolve the dispute between me and Kingfisher East Bengal Club. I humbly submit that without prejudice to my future rights and contentions with regard to the final result of our dispute, I am ready to settle and/or close the issue and I am also ready to meet the officials of Kingfisher East Bengal Club in order to sort out the matter but subject to holding of the said meeting in a neutral venue and not at the East Bengal Club premises and most importantly in your presence. I would also like to propose that my lawyer would also be present in this meeting along with us.
Please take note that without you, I shall not meet the officials of Kingfisher East Bengal. It is also humbly submitted that I am presently on holidays abroad and I shall be returning back to India on 10th July, 2012. Therefore, practically it is not possible for me to have a sit with the East Bengal officials by 6th July, 2012. So, you may kindly arrange a date of the said meeting on any day after 10th July.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Tolgay Ozbey
