The team certainly is a good mix but it will have to prove itself over the course of the season. The Coach will have a tougher task at hand selecting his starting 11 considering the talent at his disposal. The younger players will have to step up and make the best of the opportunities presented to them. This is also a learning curve for them as they will play alongside some of the best talents in the country. |

"The youth and experience at hand can prove to be a deadly mix if the players are used according to the needs of the situation."

"There are a few experienced players but the number of inexperienced players in the team is too high to call it a good mix. "

The youngsters will develop into more matured players if they are mentored well by the seniors. Youthful robust partnered by cool headed experienced players can be the recipe for success in the coming season.
While the forward line is oozing with experience, the same cannot be said about the other positions. If the youth do not step up when needed we may be in for a pretty rough season.

It is a good team for a knock out tournament where a striker can change the colour of match . In the last season when a bad team sets then I hope that in this season the team should be better but ......no It's same. Defence is just " Tasher Ghar" . But a satisfaction the best two strikers in our team so that's is a relief...........

Souradeep Mitra says:
it depends on the situation, injury details etc.
we may have too-strong attacking third, but defence can crumble on pressure situations.
young guns should keep their heads up,experienced players should guide them
