(a.) Sir Brajendralal Mitra One of the eminent baristers of India Sir Brajendra Mitra was appointed advocate General of undivided Bengal.After independence he became the member of constituent assembly.He was appointed as the Governor of West Bengal after 1947.

(b.) Mr. Shyamal Kumar Sen Mr. Shyamal Kumar Sen is the Grandchild of the first captain of Mohun Bagan club Mr. Manilal Sen and son of Dinabandhu Sen. In the year of 1964 he joined Kolkata highcourt as a lawyer. He became the governor of West Bengal in the year 1999.

2. Mohun Bagan is the only club for which commemorative stamp was issued by Government of India while observing the clubs centenary.

3. Mohun Bagan is the first club which went overseas to play football and cricket both in the year 1940.
